YES Employment + Entrepreneurship Business Skills for Creative Souls Artists Conference

YES Employment + Entrepreneurship Business Skills for Creative Souls Artists Conference

Calling all creative souls, it’s time to come together and bring our art back to the forefront! This year’s conference, Business Skills for Creative Souls Artists Conference: Coming Together Through Community hosted by Sonali Karnick (Host, CBC’s All in a Weekend), focuses on connection and community as a path to a thriving art practice. Let’s work together to create strong and resilient communities that will see us through anything.

On Monday, March 27th at St-Jax Montreal, our dynamic lineup of accomplished artists will share their knowledge and experiences, covering topics such as building your dream team, connecting to your goals, and developing new sources of income.

Join us as we strive to connect, collaborate, and build the bonds that will make us stronger.  Don’t miss this chance to grow both as an artist and as a creative entrepreneur.

At the heart of our conference is the keynote talk by award-winning actor and Theatre Creator Julie Tamiko Manning where she will speak about the power and beauty of the creative process and discovering the artist within ourselves. As Julie says, "if you have the soul of an artist, then you are an artist." We believe that everyone has artistic potential, and our conference is the perfect place to explore that potential and connect with like-minded individuals.

We also have a lineup of incredible panel discussions that will provide valuable insights and inspiration for artists at any stage of their career.

Our Inspiring Artists' Panel will feature established artists who have used their talents to bring people together and create positive change. You'll gain valuable insights and inspiration from their experiences, and learn how you can use your art to inspire, connect, and uplift yourself and those around you.

And our Diversifying Your Artistic Career Panel will provide tips and strategies for artists looking to expand their income streams and take their careers to the next level. You'll hear from local artists and institutions on how to navigate the changing creative landscape and achieve financial stability and longevity in your career.
