Please note that to be able to finalize and submit your application, you must have the following documents:
- A cover letter
- Articles of incorporation/letter patent
- Your most recent annual report, activities report and other pertinent information
- A resolution from your Board of Directors seeking membership
- By-laws or other gouvernance documents
- A current list of the members of your Board of Directors
